PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Controller
IGE GOLD S.p.A is located in Via Giacomo Konz 104, 52100 Arezzo (AR) ITALY.
Pursuant to Articles 4 and 24 of the GDPR, the data controller and data protection officer is IGE GOLD S.p.A. in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative.
IGE GOLD S.p.A. declares and informs that for the establishment and execution of ongoing relationships with the user/customer, personal data (personal and fiscal) is available. In order to comply with the obligations provided for by the Code and by EU regulations on privacy in relation to your data, by signing these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the user/customer declares that he or she has taken note of the following information and consents to the processing of personal data that IGE GOLD S.p.A has purchased and will acquire.

3. Information Collected
IGE GOLD S.p.A undertakes to collect only information that is necessary, relevant and appropriate for the purpose for which it is provided. The information that IGE GOLD S.p.A collects includes some or all of the following:
- Identity Data: First name, last name, username, or similar identifier and title.
- Contact information: billing address, delivery address, email address, and phone numbers.
- Financial data: bank account and payment card details collected solely for the purpose of completing your purchase.
- Transaction Data: Payment details and other details about the products and services you buy or sell.
- Profile Data: purchases or orders you make, any social profiles (if applicable), preferences, feedback, internal survey communications and responses, passwords and username, if applicable (customer portal).
- Usage data: information on how the Website and/or App, products and services are used.
- Marketing and communication data: preferences in receiving marketing and third-party communications and communication preferences.
- Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and browser plug-in location, types and versions, operating system and Platform, and other technologies on devices used to access the Website and/or App.
4. Use of Information
Only the information necessary for the following purposes is processed:
- Operational management and purposes strictly related to this for access to the Web Site and/or the App.
4.2. Customer satisfaction surveys
IGE GOLD S.p.A. may use your contact details to conduct surveys aimed at measuring the level of satisfaction (so-called customer satisfaction) of the service provided. Prerequisite for processing: consent. failure to provide it does not have consequences on contractual relations. 4.3. Newsletters and Marketing
Subject to consent to subscribe to our newsletter, the user's contact data and in particular the email address, will be included in our mailing list for the sending of periodic communications, aimed at informing the user/customer about promotional initiatives, carried out through automated contact methods (e-mail, sms and other mass messaging tools, TDC) and traditional contact methods (for example, telephone call with operator) or for market research and statistical surveys. 4.4. Compliance with legally binding requests to comply with a legal obligation, regulations or court orders, as well as to defend legal claims

5. Information Sharing
IGE GOLD S.p.A will not share information with third parties, however, IGE GOLD S.p.A may from time to time communicate information to the following categories of companies or organizations to which we pass the responsibility of managing services on our behalf: support service providers, customer contact centers, direct marketing agencies and consultants, market research and market analysis service providers, legal advisors and other professionals. IGE GOLD S.p.A will endeavour to ensure that all third-party partners who handle information comply with data protection legislation and protect information in the same way as IGE GOLD S.p.A IGE GOLD S.p.A will only disclose to them the personal information that is STRICTLY necessary to provide the service they are performing on behalf of IGE GOLD S.p.A IGE GOLD S.p.A will anonymise the information or Use specific aggregated datasets where possible.
6. Retention Terms IGE GOLD S.p.A will not retain personal information in an identifying format for longer than necessary. For customers or suppliers, IGE GOLD S.p.A will retain personal information for a longer period than the processing of potential customers/suppliers. In the case of an ongoing relationship (e.g. a Client), IGE GOLD S.p.A. will retain personal information for 10 years from the date of the last transaction carried out, in order to establish, bring or defend any legal claims. Promotional and marketing information will be kept by IGE GOLD S.p.A for a maximum period of 24 months.
7. Storage
The personal data that IGE GOLD S.p.A collects may be transferred to, and stored in, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for the purposes described above. IGE GOLD S.p.A will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and data protection legislation. To the extent that it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the European Union, IGE GOLD S.p.A ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect the privacy and integrity of such data, including European Union model clauses pursuant to Article 46 "Transfer subject to appropriate safeguards".
8. Cookies
Cookies are text files that identify your computer (via the so-called IP address) on our server. For information on the reasons why we use them, please refer to the section "How we use the information that is collected" of this Privacy Policy. IGE GOLD S.p.A. will not use the IP address as a means of identifying the user/customer. Generally, there is the option to set your computer to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is issued or to not receive cookies at all times, this is possible through your internet browser. With most browsers, this function can be achieved via the 'tools' menu (e.g. Internet Explorer), 'edit', or 'task'. 9. Use of cookies by IGE GOLD S.p.A
Depending on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be classified into technical cookies, analytical cookies, profiling cookies. All cookies are divided into first-party cookies, installed directly by the site manager and third-party cookies, installed through the Site by third parties. Based on the characteristics and use of cookies, we can distinguish different categories:
9.1. Navigation cookies on the Web Site track the path of cookies (so-called "click stream" activity, i.e. the recording of the paths followed by visitors to a site in passing from one page to another) without being able to know or identify the user/customer, in order to collect statistical data on the site such as, for example, the pages visited, downloaded, etc. IGE GOLD S.p.A reiterates that none of this information is associated with the user/customer individually. Cookies do not capture the user/customer's personal email address, nor any of the user/customer's private information. The information obtained from cookie tracking is only evaluated as a whole. The web server log files are also used to count visitors and evaluate the technical capabilities of the Web Site in order to facilitate navigation on the site and to make its pages more useful to users/customers. 9.2. Session cookies are strictly necessary to provide the user/customer with the services available through the Website and to use some of the latter's functionalities. Since these cookies are strictly necessary, you cannot refuse them without affecting the operation of the website, but you can block or delete them by changing your browser settings and forcing that you block all cookies on the website.
9.3. Google Analytics cookies collect information that is used in aggregate form to help us understand how the Website is used or the effectiveness of IGE GOLD S.p.A.'s marketing campaigns or to help IGE GOLD S.p.A. customize the Site in order to improve the experience of users/Customers.
9.4. Profiling cookies create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user/customer while browsing the Web Site:
a. Cookies collected for the purposes listed above may be communicated to the competent parties in charge of managing the site for the performance, even partial, of the activities related to the assignment.
b. For all cookies other than technical cookies, the express consent of the user/customer is required the first time they visit the site. The consent is tracked on subsequent visits, however the user/customer always has the option of revoking all or part of the consent already given.
10. Duration of files Cookies Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until you close your browser. Other cookies (persistent cookies) "survive" when the browser is closed and are also available on subsequent visits by the user/customer and their duration is set by the server at the time of their creation with a predetermined expiration date. The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. In addition, the most common browsers allow you to define different settings for different types of cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you attempt to place cookies, restrict it, or reject it completely.
11. Rights of the data subject
The interested party may assert his/her rights, as provided for by art. 15-23 GDPR in particular:
Request a copy of the information in the possession of Orchidea Preziosi S.p.A.;
Correct and update your information;
Withdraw consent;
The right to object and request the deletion of data or the restriction of use, where there are no legitimate grounds for us continuing to use and process your information and/or in the absence of consent to direct marketing activities;
Right to data portability;
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).
