And this is exactly where Talentis – GI Startup Program comes from, the project promoted by the Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs to support startups, scaleups and new entrepreneurial ideas in Italy. The program creates real opportunities for meetings between those with an entrepreneurial vision and those who possess experience, expertise and investment capacity.

A national journey to grow the companies of tomorrow

The Talentis 2026 edition is structured as a true national journey made up of events, selections and moments of discussion. Participating startups have the opportunity to present their business ideas to juries composed of entrepreneurs, investors and academics, receiving qualified feedback and visibility.

The program includes six territorial selection stages across Italy, including:

• Florence – March 13
• Turin – April 17
• Crespellano – April 28
• Syracuse – May 14
• Maratea – July
• Naples – September

The best selected startups will then access the national finals, which take place during the Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs conventions in Rapallo (June 2026) and Capri (October 2026).

The objective is clear: to strengthen the Italian innovation ecosystem by connecting ideas, human capital, industry and investors.
